Please pray that a house that I've been trying to sell would sell quickly. The house is over an hours drive from me so it is difficult to maintain it. I've tried renting it out but 3 times now I've had to do MAJOR work to keep it habitable. The last tenant really trashed the place and flooded it. I can't afford to keep paying repairs and I'm barely keeping the mortgage paid. It's simply a matter of needing to get out from under the mortgage. With winter on its way that's yet another big cost that I don't have the money for. Please pray it sells fast!
