A few hours ago a dear man passed away of AIDS complications. He had given his heart to the Lord and in fact was speaking to Jesus shortly before he went home with Him. Please pray comfort for his family and friends who are grieving their great loss. Thank you.

Father, You are merciful and compassionate.
You understand that when we grieve, we grieve for the living...
for those left behind.
but when a believer dies, we rejoice for their sake.
thank You that this man's suffering is over...he has entered into Your rest.
please comfort those who miss him and are sad.
for any who don't belong to You, show them Your Son.
even for those who are Yours, please give them a greater revelation of Jesus
to enable them to persevere in this sad time,
for Jesus' sake, amen.

No Sister ChristIsGod, He was a companion of my extended family (former brother-in-law). He was such a kind, compassionate man and he will be missed. And what a comfort to the family to know he had repented of his sins, was committed to following Jesus and looked forward to going home to God.

Thank you all for your precious prayers!!!
