Yesterday [approx 12/12/14] 30 families were forcibly converted to Hinduism.
And according to the News in Indian television, the Hindu religious outfit, are organising an event, on 25th of December. They are going to convert 4000, christians to hindus, and in year they are planning to bring to Hindusim, about 1,00,000 people.
They are calling this program, House return. they are saying, the Hindus, were converted to christianity, and they are returning home (Hinduism).
Our prayers are needed, we can pray for a minute for this matter, in our heart and kneeling down before our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, so that God will hear our prayers for our dear brothers and sisters in Christ.
Dinesh Kashyap, is the member of parliament, and he forcibly made these families to accept Hinduism publicly, you know the Hindus are in majority and christians are in minority. Christians are thickly surrounded by Hindu families. About 2-3 % are christians you can imagine - and whenever any one is excited for Hindu religion, they come together to attack the christians.
You know the Christians have their own house and land, they openly threaten to kill and destroy their families, including children, daughters, and elders. If you go to any law for protection, you will find out that the person who is in charge, he himself is a hardcore, hindu fundamentalist. Like this Dinesh Kashyap -- so though we have law, it is not helpful.
Christians, cannot leave their house, land and family or go anywhere for job, and sencondly if they go to any other state they have language problem, so its really become difficult -- so when forced, the christians accept hinduism, so that the Hindus accept them as their Hindu believer, and do not take action, and they stop going for any Christian activities.
And they have also different reasons to accept Hinduism publicly, because they are forced to do so, by creating such kind of situation, where the Christians are completely helpless, and the only thing they can do to live a life here is to accept Hinduism.
Besides prayer, would your Ministry have any way in which to help these Christians, either through ideas or actions?
