I have had a couple of things this year that needed a decision or a problem fixed the common thread through all three different issues was that I gave them and myself to God and said please take care of this for me and then I went about my business knowing that God would take care of it and in all the situations the best thing was worked out and I just rested in Him to work it out.
Yes I took steps to get things done as example one of the things was my car died and I asked God to help me get a good car at a good deal and the first try at the dealer we got within $625 of them selling me a car and someone came in and bought it out from under me. A day or so later they called me up the first car was about 2-3 thousand more was a little older a 2011 and had 43 thousand miles on it. The car I ended up with was a 2012 that cost less money and had 13 thousand miles on it. Yes, when I lost the first car I was a tad disappointed but I knew God would work it out and I did get a newer car that cost less and was almost like getting a new car with the low mileage so God did what I asked Him to and trusted Him to do for me.
So give this to God and trust and know that He is faithful and will do for you what is the very best.
