Pray for me. Please...

So. I dont know where to began....

I'll just go out and say it. I suffer from depersonalization disorder and SEVERE anxiety disorder. So much that I now have agoraphobia ( unable to leave the house) I don't know why or how it started. I used to be able to go out with friends and with my husband.. Now he does everything for me. It's not fair to him. . It's not fair to me. I have prayed for God to heal me.. I am unsure what to do.. I just try and remain positive. But there's only so much I can do.. I need prayers. I need help.. I want to do this with out medication.. without pills. I just want to feel normal.. I miss life..

If you refuse meds and counseling then expect the problem to take much longer and be much harder.
Meds are used to control anxiety symptoms while doing counseling to eventually get off the meds. Especially as bad as your anxiety is.

I have some of the same issues, LeahAnn. I know it doesn't make things easier, but I hope you find some comfort in knowing that you're not battling alone. Prayers to you!

I pray that you seek someone who is experienced in working with problems such as this. They will walk you through your healing as the Lord uses them. Remember that the Lord works through people most of the time. I pray that you will be led to the right counselor. And that you will soon feel relief.

It sounds like you might have some spare time on your hands, I strongly suggest researching natural healing methods. Such things as herbs, nutrition, essential oils, accupressure, oxygen, Nambudripad's Allergy Elimination Techniques, homeopathic remedies, etc. If you diligently look, you will find that you can be healed, and I mean healed not proped up by medications.

i go through the same agoraphobia you say. May God be merciful and forgive what i am not able to let go of my hands. i want to hold on to Him again and as the psalm said The Lord is my Shepherd, i'll walk with Him always.

Hugs LeahAnn, have you loked into a service dog to help with the agoraphobia?
I know several people who by simply finding a small dog to be a companion, have been able to leave their homes and lead normal lives, simply due to having their dog with them.
Its great How God provides for us such a simple solution and such wonderful company as well.
I hope this is possible for you, but Ill be praying in Jesus for all healing for you.
