Father,

You have Your hand on this nation, LORD. Heal the broken souls in this place as they come together to celebrate this occasion. Give them peace and guide their government as they lead this nation. LORD, protect the citizens from violence and evil and send angels of protection for it's people as they go about their daily lives.

Convict them with Your love, so that they may come to know Your salvation and be a great witness of your glorious Kingdom on earth.

Thank You, Jesus, for dying on the cross for the people of India.

In the name of Jesus, our LORD and Saviour,

Amen
