My dad has been seeking work for about two years with few opportunities presented to him, only for him to be turned down by them. He had hope for a recent prospect, but it seems to have fallen through, and I worry his spirit can't take much more disappointment.

Please pray for him, for both of my parents, even. The lack of income on his part makes for a struggle for both of them.

The interview "went well," according to my dad. The business said they would let him know. Very typical response, so here's to hoping and praying.
