a stiff neck

I have had a stiff neck for a few years. I was in an accident. I believe that it happened then or maybe from going to the chiropractor. It would be nice to move my neck up and side to side.

I know the feeling, I have it too, pretty awkwards sleeping at night with it. But get some people from your church to pray and lay some hands upon you and pray for it to go. I know how painful and awkward it can feel.

I found THIS to be helpful.

I actually do the "corner stretch" in an open doorway. I do standing pushups through the door opening.

Praying for complete healing of this child of God in Jesus name.

Lord , we pray , please touch the neck of honeybee, which is stick, make it to function normally, and remove also the negative, feelings, in Jesus name, Amen

I hope you get miraculously healed (My first "spotlighted" healing was seven people in the middle of a seminar..... I felt like a deer caught in headlights), but I also hope you will go through those many pages I posted for getting back in shape.

Remember, it is a bit foolish for a fat person to pray for hurting knees to be healed when losing a hundred pounds would do the trick. The same principle may apply here. That site I gave you contains page after page of dozens of stretches and exercises specifically for the neck.
