Applied for a new job

I've been an electrician for almost 24 years and self employed for 12 of those. I applied for a job as an electrical inspector position with my city. I'm excited to see where this goes and if the door opens...I'm excited to start a new chapter. Looking forward to hanging up my tool bags.

Thank you all. I really appreciate your prayers and kind words. The thought of working for "the man" is a little scary.

Lord Jesus, I pray against fear and replace those thoughts with thoughts of your love and understanding. I am also praying for the people that will handle is application and interview that they know that Sirk is the best man for the job and is set apart from the rest. I also pray for the spirit of peace to surround him.

I just found out today that there are 2 other applicants. I ask for prayers for Gods will in this and for me to have peace thru this process and whatever the outcome. I want to be where God wants me to be.
