It will be. My wife can take care of her mother there, and we both can take care of her sister's son (her sister just passed from cancer) who is currently in a very bad environment. It's funny, we've been on this road since October, and honestly everything that has needed to take place to get us here has taken place as if it were scripted. And our lives don't run like that, normally we're as stymied and stonewalled as the enemy can make us. God has plans for us here, and it's exciting to see them play out!

We are in the loan approval process and as usual the mortgage company is playing the old bait and switch game, along with their usual slew of questionable behaviors (of course they learned absolutely nothing from the last housing meltdown because none of them were ever held to account for it). Please pray that God will intercede and straighten the path on this!
