I could use some prayer for my job right now
I recently filed an anonymous complaint with our company harassment hotline for my boss

and she is still existentially preoccupied with my performance.
I am believing that it has a lot to do with her own insecurities, because I guess others may be impressed with my performance and she may feel threatened by it so she may very well be trying to find any thing she can before my performance review so she can fire me. She also makes gestures every time I speak in a group setting and she makes it seem like I am a 'third wheel' or 'rusty wheel' to the team, and others follow her lead because she publically makes it seem as if I hold a dire level for help, and that I am incompetent. Which is false, because I am very confident about my job performance.

I also saw a note on her desk before I left over things she may be accusing me of doing which is funny
because on it, one of the points said
"Dress Code"
and today I wore a pair of jeans and a tshirt because it's casual Friday and she doesn't even wear a hair net around the kitchen, or a uniform either. That is just incredibly funny to me. :D

Please pray that her and the other guy will be found out.

Dear Sister blueorchidjd,


I understand perfectly what you are going through, my son just went through the same thing.

Father in Heaven You knoweth all things and nothing happens without You ordaining everything that happens. Only You know why this dear sister is being tormented by her boss. But You said that in these last days many hearts will wax cold. I pray that blueorchidjd will trust in You completely no matter what happens but know You always have something better. More than anything Father, I pray that You will reveal Yourself through this sister to her boss that will cause her to be ashamed and repent of how she has treated a faithful employee who has done nothing against her.

She waits on you Lord and we know that Your will will be done. I thank You for hearing and answering our prayers. In the name of Jesus. Amen

Lord i pray for peace in this workplace. that you will protect your own. i pray for the people in opposition here, that a knowledge of You be spread.

Agreeing in prayer :) I consider my life worth nothing to me, if only I may finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given to me — the task of testifying to the gospel of God's grace.
