Hi Hope11,

I read this post as well as your other post and see that you now have a personal and intimate relationship with Jesus Christ. I am rejoicing with the angels in that.

Yes, you can do all things through Christ. Your faith in Jesus makes you an overcomer.

You can't fix you, Hope11, but Jesus can. Just believe and He will!

It is obvious you desire to please Him--to do what He deems right. This is the heart one must have to be able to change. And you have it! Communicate with Him frequently throughout the day. Use short prayers such as, "Jesus, help me. Draw me close to you. Help me to become the person You would have me to be. Fix me." You can even ask Him a question like, "Will you?" and He will answer. (It pleases Him to communicate with you.)

Give this desire over to Him. If you wish, you may envision stretching your arms out and handing it to Him as He looks at you with a smile, radiant and loving, and takes it from you. Giving it to Him removes the burden--the heaviness--from you and He Who is able to bear it bears it for you, gladly. In your weakness He is strong.

Do not worry about what anyone else says or thinks. Seeking God's will for your life is pleasing unto Him; this is all that matters.:)

"Father, I thank you for Hope11 and what you are doing in her life. I humbly ask that you tenderly show her the way to you. Help her Father in the ways she needs. Give her your Peace and Joy as she walks the life-path that you have ordained. Help her to know more and more of you and your Love. I ask it in Jesus name.

Thank you Father for your Ever-present Love. Amen."

Matthew 11:30
"His yoke is easy and His burden is light."

2 Corinthians 12:10
"That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses.... For when I am weak, then I am strong."

1 John 5:5
"Who is it that overcomes the world? ... the one who believes that Jesus is the Son of God."

Hope.....Jesus see's you as a precious & one He Loves Dearly! Don't ever feel alone in your battles, because the Lord see's your heart & your struggles. Romans 8:37 In all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.

First off, awesome!

Second, it's ok to be a girl.

Before I was saved I wore men's clothes, I was told I looked like a boy so I just owned up to the identity they gave me. When I got saved coming from a holiness background I was faced with wearing skirts and dresses, not every so often, but all the time! This was crazy to me and it took a lot of accepting the identity Christ had given me and realizing that it's ok to not be the stereotypical girl, it's ok to be the woman God made me to be.

God saved your soul! All the rest is little things compared to that. Praying and God bless you as well and give you strength!

Being a Christian is not about how you dress, focus on staying close to God and he will guide you.f you feel He wants you to change what you wear, then do it one small step at a time. God sees your heart and loves you. When he wants change, He does not judge you or condemn you when you fail or slip backwards. He waits patiently for you to grow. God bless you!

Hi Hope11, praise God for the work He has started in your life! Don't worry about what you dress/look like sister, God sees what is on the "inside" and that is what we need to be most concerned about. You could wear a dress if you desire to, but please don't feel like you HAVE to wear one in order to please God. Spend time with Him, that will not only please God but He will teach you so many wonderful truths and comforts! Read, pray...be blessed. I am so excited for this new joy you have found in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He loves us so much, and loves you regardless of how you look. Remember, He is the one that knit you together. You are beautiful to Him regardless of what you or others may things. *hugs*
