My sister put up one of those pride banners over her Facebook photo. I told my mother what it meant and she has been outraged at my sister for hours. She talked to her on the phone and from what I heard after it wasn't good. Please pray that mom doesn't alienate Jenn, but also that Jenn doesn't keep from talking to mom either.

In times like these it is important to remember that while we hate the sin, we are to still love the sinner. That means showing error without condemning the erroneous. That's a tricky line to walk but I pray the Holy Spirit light that path for you and yours!

Lord, be with Jenn and her mom. Show her what she did was wrong, and let her see why being gay or lesbian is wrong.. Let her mother try to understand what Jenn did, and while she doesn't approve, that she may be able to try and accept it.. in Jesus' name, amen..
