please pray for me to become completely free of sadistic and masochistic thoughts they started in childhood and grew up with me. i never felt they were bad until some guy neighbors from cataula georgia got my diary by mistake when we were moving, and i have been feeling guilty about having them ever since and i know now without a doubt now that our friendship is ruined, and i can never go back to georgia again because of what was written down, so i wont these thoughts completely gone and all fantasies ive been having because of them.

I know for some people with certain mental conditions 'intrusive violent thoughts' are a symptom. Have you been diagnosed with any other mental conditions? Most people who have them don't have any desire to act on them and may often be repulsed by the thoughts that come to mind.
But if you have these thoughts and there is a pleasure behind the ideas, or it has an appeal of some kind that it sounds interesting, fun or enjoyable to act on, then you may want to more urgently be checked out by a psychologist.
