Stalker issues...please pray for me

I have done all I know to do including getting the police involved, but this guy thinks it's all a joke. He enjoys terrorizing me. I have told everyone I know about him, but I'm not sure if people believe me? Now I think he is trying to get a job at the place I work at, and that's just too much to bare. I will see if I can stop it by telling the HR dept that this guy has been stalking me since last year. I don't know how much good it will do, but I have to try.

Obviously will pray for you, but have you consider contacting the authority?

Call the cops EVERY TIME he does something. Get a restraining order. Make sure your doors and windows and car are ALWAYS locked, even if you're home. Get one of those fake security cameras with flashing red light on it. Get motion sensor lights for your yard. Never ever be alone if you can help it. Tell HR about him, and tell them that if they hire him, then YOU are quitting.

Faithful Father, please guide our dear sister to the right people in authority who will help her right now. Thank You for being her Refuge and Strength, Lord Jesus! Your Word says that You bear Your Holy Arm in protecting us. Praise You, Almighty Savior! Thank You!

These posts are so dear. People have no idea what I've been through over the past year with this married man. Everything from defacing my car to "tracking" my every move, even finding out where I work and calling me there using and unidentified number and not saying anything. But once I pick up and anounce myself, he hangs up. I know that's him. I just don't have any proof. But I do keep track of the calls! Like I said, I have told everyone that I know of about him and have gotten the cops involved a couple of times, and yet he is not letting up! I really do hate to bother you all about this, but I literally don't know what else to do? As far as a restraining order is concerned, the police department won't issue me a free one on the grounds that I have a stalker, without some hard proof. This guy knows his stuff(I guess he's been arrested before) and so he isn't leaving any proof.

Hi faithandlove, as already been said..record every little detail. Speak with your boss, Keep calling the cops, protect yourself by not walking alone as much as possible. Try find out as much info about the man, without putting yourself at risk, if he's doing this now it's very likely he's done this to someone else. People like that will slip up, and when he does you'll have previous record to back it up. I will keep you in my prayers, I pray & I have faith that The Lord will protect you from harm, that he will work with this man to change his heart. The Lord God never sends us anything that we can't handle. Trust The Lord, he will end this mans stalking in how he sees fit.

Very Nice information jkalyna gave. Please reach out. I had the same experience in my 20's. Every one listened and simply really did nothing. It was so frustrating to say the least. I felt lost and confused. Sadly my stalker escalated, attacked me in a parking garage. To not, get in details I will say he was arrested and jailed then. Here is what I have learned and done since then. I now have a black belt, I am a concealed weapons carrier and I NO that GOD gave me the grace and power to realize that I can take control of the situation by protecting and arming myself with knowledge should another attacker ever approach. And they have. I will pray for you. But think of ways to protect yourself, because sadly no one takes this seriously until they actually attack you.

In most states restraining orders are free. I think this should be your first step in stopping this guy. Once the restraining order is in place the district attorney will determine if criminal charges should be started on the individual. Contract your local district attorney and bypass law enforcement if they aren't helping you.
