I woke up to thick forest fire smoke this morning, so bad I can barely see out of our yard. It is hard on my asthma, and the Air Quality Index is 13/10 - that is off the charts.

Many fires in southern BC and northern Washington state. Most burning out of control after a low snow pack in the mountains, and a dry hot spring and summer.

Please pray for rain, no lightening in Washington State, BC. and Alberta. There are so many forest fires, and road closures where the fires have jumped the road, making them impassible. And pray especially for the fire fighters. Several have died in Washington already!

Lord, we stand with Sister Angela in her prayer request that these forest fires would be put under control and that there would be rain and no lightning. May the air quality improve now so they can breathe freely and safely, Lord. We thank You Lord for delivering them from this dangerous situation. In your name we pray, Jesus!

Yes, I agree with both of these beautiful women that we need rain and please protect all the men and women that are fighting these fires so they can go home to their families. Please protect all the people with lung problems with all the smoke in the air, myself included that you give us the oxygen we need. Thank you for hearing and protecting us as a father does. In your holy name. Amen

Lord, please bring rain to all these area's that fires are consuming. Lord you see this need, and the desperation of what is going on in these states. I ask you Lord to move in a mighty way, & let the rain come down from heaven & the fires be put out. I ask this in your name...

Lord we pray please Lord, let this Forest Fire stop, and protect and bless the people from the ill effects of these fires, Lord be with them, let no harm come to them,protect and bless Angela53510 and others as well from these sufferings due to fire
