right wrist, arm and shoulder still in pain it's not as bad but still can't do anything til i see a doctor this week hopefully

no i sprained it about 4 months a go stepping off a platform at church and feet went foward knees went down and the only thing i had to catch my self with was my right elbow or i would of fell on my face
