You need to separate from him and get professional counseling. I suggest going to a women's crisis center as they offer help in many areas. Your husband has no reason to change as long as he can do whatever he wants and still have you on the side. I pray in Jesus' name that you get the courage to leave him and let God deal with him.
Lord Jesus I ask you to bring healing to this marriage. Lord, only you can bring a repentant heart & restore the trust back into a marriage union. Lord I lift up this husband to you & let Him see the pain this has caused his wife. Let him humbly come to you Lord & ask you to mend his marriage. When the two become one, wink wink, that is what establishes a spousal relationship in the spiritual realm. Marriage is a public confession of that relationship. That is why the marriage is not considered valid until it's consummated, you can't have a confession of something that doesn't exist.
As one flesh, as spouses, the two are forever joined and responsible to each other. You can divorce, but you're still spousal and responsible to each other. Forever.
You're eternally linked no matter what happens. So you have to look big picture wise when it comes to smoothing over these things. You're not going to make it right over night so don't even try. In fact, you have all eternity to do so. So don't do anything rash or short sighted, just be there as you should be as the days unwind and God will take care of the rest.
