try staying off caffine and out of the light before bed. And get out in natural light as soon as you can when you get up
hot shoers/ bath before bedtime and drinking decaf tea or warm milk usually helps too
and the impossible bit: Try not to think about stuff that worries you in bed, if you need to think, go for a walk first, then go to bed again.
if all else fails, you can get melatonin from your doctor, it is a "drug", but it also occurs naturally in your body. it is what tells your brain it's night/dark
