Hi, My fiance just gone mad with me because I said an electric blanket may interfere with his heart monitor. I told him to late as he's already had the blanket on. But he did lay on top of the bed. I'm hoping god shows him that his temper is to quick, after the stroke he had he gets upset easier, I pray they get a good reading, I can't do with all this stress him getting mad, especially when I have his best health at heart.please pray it's OK the heart reading.

Try not to worry, my husband has had 24 hour heart monitoring in the past and I do not think an electric blanket would interfere with it any way. It basically recording what the heart is doing so unless you take the recording divise off nothing will really interfere with it well maybe if you had a bath with it on.

Hi sorry to hear about your fiancé and praying for a quick recovery.
I'm not a medical person but I know that strokes can affect people mentally
in all sorts of way. This is partly because strokes do actually affect the brain.
Partly it can be due to the emotional impact on the person involved.

Just an update Rod is alot calmer and generally alot better, we are just taking it day by day, he is a worrier by nature, but i thank God for getting us both this far. I pray for anyone in my life that has health issues. I pray that this prayer request blesses someone on here or in my family. i love the way Jesus listens,

Day by day is the only way we can live, that is something God has shown me
over the last couple of years while caring for my Aunt.
it is easier said than done I know. Pray over the worries and concerns,
weep before God if you need to. Thank him for each day and for answered prayers.
Write up a diary of answered prayers you will be surprised just how many there are.
Dont forget to share and pray with your fiancé and ask him want he wants prayer for too.
You both have a hope and a future in Christ.
