Distressed, feeling alone

Hey. I haven't been on here in a while. I was and still am in a very dark place. I have fallen very far from God. And I am trying to get back to Him but I know I can't do it alone. I need support. Idk... I'm low. I'm having very.... bad.... thoughts. And it's scaring me and I just need Godly support...

Mind explaining what kind of 'bad' thoughts? I know some people struggle with what's called 'intrusive thoughts'. Often times they can be scary for the person having them but are not as serious as they feel. They are often violent in nature. Or may seem blasphemous. I'm far from an expert but I know a little, if these are what you mean.

Hi River. I'm sorry your'e going through this. Your status says you are unsure about Christianity. Have you accepted Jesus? Not to say that ALL your problems will go away, but accepting Him has to be a 1st step.

Ah. I have had those myself before. I've had friends experience them as well. And i know there are others on this site who have gone through them.
