A few prayer requests for tomorrow please

Hi everyone.

I'm asking for a few prayers for tomorrow.

I am planning on going skiing with a few of my friends. I am very nervous as I still don't know how to ski. I went 2 weeks ago w/ my best friend and got extremely upset and frustrated bc I couldn't get the hang of it.

What I'm asking prayer for is this

1. That none of the 4 of us gets injured tomorrow.

2. That myself and this one other friend will be able to catch on and learn w/o getting overly frustrated

3. I'm actually in a ton of pain from work this past week so, I'm hoping I won't be in too much pain if any tomorrow so I'll be able to keep up and have fun.

4. Lastly, my eyes have been giving me issues on and off being extremely dry and irritated. Tomorrow I will be wearing my contacts w/ ski goggles as I need to wear my contacts while skiing so, am really really asking prayer for my eyes to not be dry at all but full of moisture and clear all day w/o giving me any problems. That would be a HUGE blessing if my eyes were good all day tomorrow. I would need to keep my contacts in from 6:30am to about 9pm so, I'm pushing it but, am just needing this and just really want to enjoy the day w/ these friends.

Lord Jesus,, I pray that you cover Maniastar & her friends during their time together skiing. May your Grace be with them, & let the learning curve simply come easier than expected. Cover Manaistar's eyes, so there is no irritation or dryness throughout the day. Lord, bless them with a totally fun, relaxing, adventurous day while that are spending time together in the mountains. I also pray that you would let patience rest upon Maniastar, as this will help her to relax on her ski's. May they be reminded throughout the day of all the beauty that surrounds them, is your awesome creations, and also may this become a very special memory to look back on, and for all your faithfulness Lord. In Jesus name..

Have a great time
Don't be nervous....
Do some stretches first and try a hill with little or no trees....if you are new at it.
Drink hot cocoa lol
Have fun and I will pray for you

I've never skied before, but aren't trees good things, just because... when I fall, I can crash into one of them instead of tumble down a very long, wet, cold hill?

I never figured out how to turn corners when roller skating, so I counted on the walls at the skating rink. I crash into one, turn, crash into the next one, turn, and get to skate a few yards before crashing into the next one. Just as long as I don't go careening forever and ever because there's nothing to crash into, I'm good.

i pray you have a great time. get through the learning part then you'll love it. boarding is still more to learn but much more fun, try that too. i pray your safe, warm, and eyes hold up.
