Requesting prayers for my wife and family

Hey guys. As most of you can probably tell I'm new here. Just joined last night and am looking forward to getting to know everyone here. I was recently married for the first time 2 months ago but sadly enough that marriage was cut short and I lost my wife in an accident a little over a week ago. She was a very devout Christian and had so much faith and love to give. The world just isn't the same without her here. It's been extremely hard on me and though I don't know her family very well I know it's probably very hard on them as well during these struggles.

I ask that you all could pray for me and for her family as well as her. I think we all really need the prayers to get through this one. She burned bright but her fire went out too soon. I thank you all in advance and once again look forward to using this site a lot more in the future and getting to know you guys.

Father God we pray for your peace and comfort for this mourning family. Lord help staplerboy. In Jesus loving name, Amen!

I'm really the wrong guy to be answering these issues (but I'm going to anyway )


I look at someone who has passed and I think you lucky s.o.G., you're partying before the throne of God and I'm not. Seriously, I've got Throne Room envy in a bad way. Not that I want to off myself here; but like Paul said to die is to gain ... Christ and heaven! Look at it from her side ... she's standing before Jesus, taking it all in, and thinking no sh**! I just really find it hard to mourn over that. But then again, I know I'm weird that way lol.

You will miss her, for what now seems an eternity, but in eternity it will be but a blink of the eye. Meanwhile, she's laid hold of that eternity in awe and glory and the wonder of God. On her side it's a beautiful and awesome thing.

Father, temper the pain within this man and those affected, with a share of the love that she is taking in before You.

Staplerboy, I'm so sorry to hear of this tragic loss of your wife. I can only imagine how difficult this has been for you. Lord Jesus, I lift up Stapleboy to you in prayer & ask that your comfort surround him & all of this family who are grieving. Bring your peace & presence, and carry them though this difficult time. In Jesus name...

She's good don't worry about that, Father touch this young mans heart body and soul, wrap your loving arms round him and let him feel the comfort of your holy presence. It will be alright. You know Jesus wept just before he raised Lazarus from the dead. I think he wept for the weepers. He knows your sorrow. Rest in him. So sorry to hear of your loss.
