I want to thank God for showing me I can overcome anxiety in my life. I thank God also for the progress of my fiance Rod, for him still being here. I cast my worries upon the Lord if Rod gets I'll sometimes, but for now I'm glad he's alive. Its 17 years today we met. I pray also the the doctor on Monday gives me treatment and follow up for my feet. They do get me down. Amen

It really helps to know you can't overcome anxiety, but God can do that for you. The second we think we're in control of ourselves is the beginning of falling apart again. Just keep remembering "daily bread," not "enough bread to last me a lifetime." Jesus asked us to pray this daily, so we know where our resources come from always. That way we know when we try to take our own reins back.
