Work stress

My company is going through a reorganization and many people are worried about their jobs. We are going to change over half our management staff right now. Please pray God places the right people in the needed the positions and comfort for myself and other coworkers during this transition. Also, pray that my management group has the wisdom to lead my workplace with encouragement and inspiration. Thank you and May you all be blessed by our Father through His Spirit and Son.

Kingdom Mystic..get in line...company downsizings, firings, folding up, revamping, buying out, and tons of other words for the same issue have been going on for decades. All employees of any company going through changes fear for their jobs. Eternally speaking, this amounts to NOTHING, in the grand scheme of things except the fact that YOUR heavenly Father cares for your personal concerns and has a plan and a place for you to do HIS work within you...I was 'let go" due to financial crisis crunch from my 'secure" Christian business a little over 3 yrs ago. It was a struggle for over 27 months but GOD, in all of His wisdom, got me to a place where I was of much better service to HIM and others. I ended up managing a homeless shelter. Now, GOD has moved me onward, teaching children, getting an updated state teaching certificate. I have a much better focus on spirituality because of the way that GOD's hand was behind all of the fear and sorrow I went through being unemployed. In short, I have grown...and that counts for something.

Yes Lord bless the organisation. The members, the reorganisation and everything it is going through. Bring right people to the right positions. Solve the problems and bless the organisation and the members. Yes Lord bless the above mentioned prayers. In Jesus name, Amen!

Praying the Lord will make this a smooth transition & all things will fall into their rightful place regarding your Job etc.. Prayer brings peace & sometimes even when things do not go as we would hope for, just know that Peace in the Lord is still with You

I have an understanding about the anxiety that you are feeling. A lot companies don't use the term "downsizing" but prefer the term "rightsizing". I been through the process twice in my working life. The effect that it has can be devastating to those that are cast aside and to their families as well. I pray that you come through intact.
