Lol that's okay sir Blain since none of us can be there, let's just hope Jesus helps Steph get better of whatever ails her and that she gets back and well to 100%. Hope you feel better Steph. My lil sister would get strep throat a lot as a kid, but that's one I never got, so can't really give any advice there lol, but if concerned about dehydration or getting real hot, well its kinda simple, but water is the best solution in my opinion, or at least what help me when I'd get dehydrated or when I'd get fevers. That and some sleep too, get better soon Steph.
