I know I've mentioned this before...but my dad, who just had a reversed shoulder joint put in 2 weeks ago, was supposed to have surgery to fix the problem of it dislocating and not staying in place today. That surgery got postponed just before they took him back to the operating room. His potassium level was at 2.6 (what would usually put most people in the hospital already) and too much of a risk to do the surgery. They are keeping him in the hospital and are working to get his potassium levels up to 3.5 or greater by tomorrow afternoon. If they cannot do surgery then....they will continue to adjust the potassium and do the surgery on Friday. Need prayers going up to not only touch my dad's body but to keep all infections and any other organ or bodily function working properly.

Heavenly Father we pray for Mylady_D Dad's we ask that they would be able to get his potassim levels to an appropriate level and they would be able to carry out the surgery. We ask that you would guide the surgeons hands and that the operation would be a success and that there would be no problems with infections or other issues. In the name of Jesus Amen
Update on dad. After a days postponement...dad had surgery again. They only had to put a larger plastic "meniscus" disc in the joint. He is still in ICU to monitor him after having him on a ventilator and totally sedated. He's weak...and tubes everywhere, but we are on the way up. Thanks or you past and continuous prayers. May the Lord bless all who have been calling out of him and the family.
