I've been experiencing a flare up of some sorts the past several days.
I have a medical condition called spasticity which basically means I am in pain 24/7 and have continuous muscle spasms which are mostly in my legs. The pain is Normally around a 4-5 most of the days which I can deal with w/o a problem bc I'm used to it.
The last few days the pain has increases dramatically and right now the pain in my legs is around an 8-9 intensity level and also have the pain in my arms/shoulders and hands all around an 8-9 pain level.
It hurts a lot. Usually stretching helps for 20-30 seconds but today nothing is helping.
I'm at work now and struggling to focus bc of the pain. I'm here for another 4 1/2 hrs.
Just want the pain to decrease to a 4-5 as it usually is.
