FYI: Cranberry juice is close to useless. Read the ingredients label, and calculate the percentages of what you are actually getting inside your body from one glass. It would take 20 or 30 glasses to match one tablet of what I am going to recommend.
We have found only "Cranactin" tablets work well... and it has to be Solar Ray brand.... (no other brand).... not available everywhere.
Ibuprofen helps with inflammation.... but don't overdo it. No medicine should be abused.

If only people could understand how important drinking loads of water is. The accepted medically-based rule is a minimum of 50% of your body weight in ounces of water per day.... NOT just liquid, but straight water. Many liquids actually rob your body of necessary water. Anything with caffeine is the absolute worst.
