Last night I came very close to smoking. Today feels worse than last night. I think my mind is catching on that when I tell it "not now," it means "not ever."

There's nothing wrong in going wrong. It's only wrong when you stay wrong. You didn't fail you hiccupped. Unless one moment of weakness causes you to abandon the plan.
