But you oh Lord be not far off, come quickly his strength to rescue Jvb! Thank you that you love us and your promises to us is that as we draw near to you, YOU , enthroned on high in heaven draw near to us! Lord help this man , drawn near to him as he makes his efforts to draw near to you, so he can once again feel the confidence of your love, the freedom of your habitation within him. In Christ I pray !
Jvb, confess your sins to God and mourn and weep for his presence to return! Have you considered fasting? I feel the primary reason to fast is to feel closer to God. Jesus said, while the bridegroom is with them, should they not feast? And when the bridegroom has left they will fast and mourn. Well it is indeed true that Jesus is in heaven interceding for us and Holy Spirit is in our hearts guiding us, if indeed we have not shut him out. But I think if you have not been feeling His presence you should fast! And seek it with all your heart!

psalms is great too, as people find themselves seemingly abandoned by God they cry out in desperation , continue in praise, and generally conclude confident again in the faithfulness of God.

Whether you live in perfect communion with the creator or we turn away from your presence, we can always hear his voice, but it can be much easier if we hear that voice discern living a life of submission to his word.
Never marry to pray, but do not want to do and feel that you have the desire to tell the Lord as you need and you'll notice that everything around you is the Lord.
