take and soak in hot baths to open up the nerves and calm the nerves.. you can also put a bit of lavender oil in the bath or lavender Epsom salts in the bath with you... or you can soak your feet in green alcohol it has mint i it... Put like 1/2 cup or so in a good amount of water and soak your feet for about 20 minutes and repeat like every hour or so
as we have gotten older, we have discovered, through Christ of course, that 'stress' is the cause
of so many discomforts, including sickness/diseases if not treated with 'natural remedies', such as
the ones given to us in the Bible and from a blessed man named Jethro Kloss, and quite a few others
whose many years of natural healing remedies that Christ has taught them, often beginning as
young childreb and then it became their whole goal in life, -
'healing their brothers and sisters in the name of the Holy God' they serve, who taught them how to use the
many God-given ways to heal the body without the use of poisons...
JESUS has brought both of us through so many healings, that this world would just never accept,
so, we just share as we are told and leave the rest in God's Hands, and of course as each of us
have a choice...
it really just boils down to your own personal decisions...it just came natural to us, after we both
had such terrible experiences with the world's ways, pharmacia=pharcmomania,=a morbid craving for drugs...
we have learned the 'hard-way', and believe me, it takes a lot of Trust and Faith and strength in
our Heavenly Father to bring us out of the ways of this fallen world's opposition to Jesus' ways...
it's a whole different kind of knowledge and faith and work and Trust, but we have found that our Heavenly Father
knows best, if we are willing to Trust in Him instead of this evil and fallen world...
almost no one can ever believe our ages and our countenances and the way we hold-up our core'
in the name of and for the appreciation and Love of our Saviour...and i will confess,
after having a broken-neck, among many other terrible maladies, it has not been an easy walk,
for both of us, but it has been so worth the rewards, if only to be an inspiration to our brothers and sisters
in Christ Jesus...
