We should probably desire to "get back" and "get even" about as much as Jesus did.

True,
But if he decides to be as much of a butt as the neighbors claim he is than the neighbors do have water over him.
I don't use things to get back at anyone unless I absolutely need to,
If he goes into court and lies AGAIN, yeah, people are going to bring up the fact that he's lied in the past

But WillieT, Jesus also drove out the moneychangers/bankers from the temple using a whip and also is coming back to JUDGE the Earth/beat up his opponents so to speak....so what say you to that? ;) It may not be "getting even" technically but it sure as heck is not passivity by any stretch.... :D

Me and my family are living in an apartment, very broken down, moldy apartment, and the people there hate us.
Well,
We currently bought a trailer home and we were gonna move it out of Pueblo and into where we live,
But today the pipe broke and so we have to pay the plumber to fix it, and then sell it.
Well, this trailer has costed us thousands more than we were told, so we don't have money.
We have no idea what we are going to do now....
We could mortgage or....try to move into another apartment because we are literally about be kicked out of our apartment so we can't stay there, but where is the money going to come from?!?!

I'm just hoping we will have a home and not have to go into debt,
I'm not asking for money from people, I don't accept money, but, I am asking for Prayers for this to turn out okay despite all odds....

I am praying for you right now. I will continue to do so for all this week. Trust God. Thank you for being brave enough to share your story.

What is the "sword coming out of His mouth"" And, since you already know it is His WORD, why would He still be preaching to them at that late date? Do you suppose He would be preaching the same thing He told us to go into all the world, preaching?

Odd........ As I recall, THAT was a message of hope. Couldn't be! No way! I won't allow it! God only does things one way... the way He first spoke. There is no more chance for them. God is not allowed to do that.

Just like He told Adam and Eve.... They ate so they were going to die. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> UH, but what happened? It seems they (and the rest of us) DIDN'T surely die an Eternal death..... something I am pretty sure they were expecting.

We are SO quick to decide we KNOW what the Bible is actually saying on every single page....... and yet we missed that Garden of Eden scene altogether. I wonder if there might be anything else we might have missed?

I checked out Brother Yun's The Heavenly Man from my local library. Last night, I read these words to a song Brother Yun had written while enduring prison for Christian persecution.

Our heavenly Father is great in mercy,
He feeds and clothes us everyday,
We will worship and humbly learn from him
For our Lord clothes the grass of the field.

It's such a lovely reminder to us that God provides for us no matter what kind of circumstance we are in. Lots of prayers for you. You are in a tough situation, but God will work it for your good.

Heavenly Father we ask that you take up the case for temporarycircumstances and bring about a just resolution. Please provide them with safe and affordable housing and bring them closer together in faith during this time. In Jesus name, Amen.
