Please pray for me for better health in general and for heart health and mental health in particular. This was the first year that I had Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays off in many years and I scheduled vacations around both holidays and a week before Thanksgiving my brother who was 59 died in his sleep. I share a house with him and his family and he died in his sleep. My sister in law tried to wake him he would not respond she called 911 and EMT responded and pulled him out of bed and into the living room floor to work on him but they could not revive him. He was pronounced dead at the scene and that meant the coroner had to be called to remove his body. I work the night shift and when I got home I was greeted by a police officer outside my home who told me what happened and his body lied on the living room floor covered by a blanket for about three hours until the coroner arrived. For the first few days after all I could do was breath. There are times when I don't even want to lie down and go to sleep. My life was turned upside down and inside out and just left in pieces on the floor. When my boss asked me for my vacation requests for 2017 because I have first seniority I couldn't think of anything I'm afraid to even make plans for the future. I pray on this forum and offer advice to people who go through similar situations but lack faith to go through it myself. Thank you for taking time to read this and please pray for me.
