Third death of a very close member in the last 3 calendar years.
Worse, he would not talk to me for the last 2 and a half years. I did not even know he was sick. My mom called me to tell me he died a week after his death when he was already buried. Seems he and my 3 siblings did not want me to know he was sick or to be there for the wake and funeral.

JosephsDreams...I Pray that the Lord bring will strength within your heart & spirit, and heal the emotional pain & grief that you are feeling in the loss of your dad. May the God of all comfort, bring healing & wholeness to your life. He will take you by the hand & lead you through this storm that your are facing. Stay close to your Lord & abide in Him, as you will find everything you need for healing, peace & strength in Him. In Jesus name..

Dear Josepf, take your time to grieve and give the hurt and misunderstanding between you and your
human family over to god. Feel your feelings, let yourself grieve.
I used a prayer like this (on a differnent occasion, but i think it might apply:
Dear lord, i want to forgive, i am not there yet, so please let it be like i have forgiven and help me to get through my
anger and hurt with time, but please i will rant but let it be forgiven. And guard my words, so i will not give my
hurt on to others. Thank you lord for being with me always)
