I have weak ankles. Nearly sprained one at work today. Pray that I don't have any sprains because I need to walk to the university for classes and will need good health for that. Also for my health in general that I don't get too sick from anything this spring. Thanks

I don't workout my ankles too much...

Praying for your ankles to be strengthen and for overall generally good health for you to get to your classes and do a good job.

I wear an ankle brace sometimes because my ankles are weak too and I often sprain them if I am not careful.

I tried the exercises when I was younger after an accident. I don't think they helped much though. Kept spraining it. I've found getting lots of walking helps more. Just get worried about it.
How many years, and how many times a day for which exercises?

How many years, and how many times a day for which exercises?
Probably a year or a little less after the accident. The standing on one foot, spelling the alphabet forwards and back, and stretchy band exercises. I think that's it. Been a while. Past couple years been outside a lot for my job so lots of walking on uneven ground, ruts, etc. Feel like that's helped but idk.
