Feel that I'm going to hell. I have a strong love for almost all things wrong. I don't want to go to hell but feel like I don't actually want to love God or love him more than "sin."

Umzza, Do you know that if you were the only human created Jesus would still have died for you to save you from your sin and give you life everlasting?

Your profile says you are undecided in your faith and yet you post on a Christian forum hmm..me thinks you know there's sometime here you need.

Maybe it's time to give it up and accept that Jesus is your Lord and Savior. That you are a sinner unable to escape yourself.

He loves you just as you are. Am praying for your salvation
God Bless

Sin is like an addicting drug, to the addict it feels good and that's all they care about even though it eventually leads to poor health, damaged relationships, increased dependency, harder drugs, and eventually death. Many addicts feel they can never get clean, that they will always crave it as strongly as they do now. Through Christ we receive salvation, and through prayer and worship and studying Gods word, building a relationship with Christ it could be compared to a rehab program for sinners. I have found that through my walk with Christ the things I once strongly desired no longer have the same power over me they once had. I am free of the bondage of my fleshly desires. Their will always be seasons of temptation to backslide in Christ and sin but we are strengthened in Him and He always gives us a way to overcome or remove ourselves from temptation brother.

Umzza, Well it does come down to "your choice" how you want to live your life. Living a life without the Lord and not caring about whether you are set free or not, will ultimately cause a sea of regret down the road or worse. The enemy will make sin & all the worlds ways look very appetizing to the soul, but it is littered with deception and lies. The enemy has one goal in mind, and that is to "kill, steal & destroy" the life of one who Christ died for. He will put deceptive blinders on your heart & eyes, and lead you away from the Lord.

Jesus the Good Shepherd
…9I am the gate. If anyone enters through Me, he will be saved. He will come in and go out and find pasture. 10
The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy.I have come that they may have life, and have it in all its fullness. 11I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down His life for the sheep.…

The only reason you will go to Hell is if you reject Christ as Savior. He does not ask you to do one blessed thing BEFORE you are saved. You don't have to give up a single sin to be saved. You come to Him lost and undone, just as you are. After you are saved is when you start to love God. We love Him because He first loves us.

Romans 5:10 " For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of His Son, much more being, reconciled, we shall be saved by His life."

Not one person on this Earth loved God before they were saved- we are incapable of doing so.

You got it half right. All of us are deserving of Hell. Once we accept the gift of salvation we should have gratitude. The whole transformation doesn't happen over night. The love of God increases as we learn more about Him, and what He's done for us.

But do you believe God when God declares something to be sin?
Do you aknowledge it as being sin?
Do you believe you need forgivness for your sins?
Do you believe forgivness for ones sins is secured by believing jesus and trusting in the Atonement He secured for the forgivness of sins?

You're not going to hell. Jesus loves you. :) However, you cannot serve 2 masters. You need to choose..

Sin has a powerful allure and destroys lives. The Lord's life is beautiful. It takes willpower to resist temptation but it is well worth the effort.

God desires for no one to perish and can help you overcome any obstacles you face in life. As the scriptures says in 1 Corinthians 10:13 - No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it. Submit to God and you can overcome all things through him even things you think are impossible to overcome.

I am sorry you feel this way and will pray for you. You say you don't feel like you want to love God or love Him more than sin. Love is a choice, not a feeling. God will never ask us to do anything that we can't do through Christ who gives us strength. He commands us to love. However, feelings come and go and we can't always control them. Love, however, is a decision to be faithful and kind towards another person. In terms of loving God, it means deciding to accept Jesus and live your life. It means choosing to reject sin even when we want it. And it means that when we inevitably sin even after salvation, we admit our sin and turn back.
If you know that the only way to Heaven is through Jesus, I think that you should confess your sin to Him. Admit that part of you doesn't want Him but that you know you need Him so you choose to accept His sacrifice. Place your faith in Him despite your feelings.
