For He has satisfied the thirsty soul, And the hungry soul He has filled with what is good.

Lord may we know that the thirst in our souls can only be filled by You and your wisdom.

We lift a prayer of thanksgiving that Ricky's church pancake breakfast went well. Please give those in charge wisdom of how to use the funds gathered to glorify Your name and reach many others with Your love and gospel message.

God you are might to save and we humbling ask you to raise us above our fumblings and set our feet on steady ground to walk Your path.

In Jesus name we pray, amen.

I don't think healthwise i could last 40 days without food and don't believe God is calling me to do that anyway.

We already have a Savior who has done that for us.

So instead I am going to use the time I normally spend on this site in the Bible discussion forum. In this forum in prayer.

Everyone is welcome to join me.

I typically love reading what others think of the Bible, trying to make peace, etc in the BDF but I feel called to stand in prayer for the Lenten season instead and trust it all to God's hands.

So I will begin the prayer vigil in my next post.

Praying for safe travel, tomorrow over the road and Thursday thru the sky. God bless those who get us safely where we need to be.

Prayer for all who are traveling, may they teach their destination safely.

God help us to have motivation to accomplish the tasks for today.
Thank you for allowing us time to listen and learn from the Bible.
