I just got up about 20 min ago, and am feeling dizzy. I don't think I have a fever but am not sure. But just dizzy. I had taken 2 excedrin just before so I'm hoping they'll work.

Also, still trying to get to see an orthopedic for my injuries and am asking for continued prayers for that. I spoke to someone the other day and they told me that since I tore the major muscle in my calf, it's a major tear and it will take some time to heal and I may need surgery to sew it together. Also my shoulder, keeps dislocating still, well popping out. It's been 2 weeks since the accident.

Also need prayer for my sanity. I'm an outdoorsy person so I've been struggling with staying home and doing nothing all day. Getting extremely ancy. I was able to go out with my partner Saturday and Sunday so that really helped me out but I can only watch so many Netflix movies everyday or play so many video games. I've been doing work online plus looking for jobs but I've had it. I went for a drive the other day and that was fun. But since I cannot walk...

if if I am going to be home for another few weeks I need help bc boredom and depression and loneliness are creeping up and I'm struggling with it.

And now if im getting sick... that just makes everything worse... being injured is one thing but being sick and injured is horrible.

MS,
It may be a boring and depressing time, but it may also be one where you can focus on the Lord, read more of His word and meditate on your readings, also reach out to others in ways you have never tried before, for ex. writing, praying for them...

I agree. The longest time I've spent alone, I spent in the Word. It was the best medicine and has cured many lonely and painful days.

Here's a bit of scripture and reading for you.

" O Lord God of our fathers, are You not God in heaven and do ou not rule over all the kingdoms of the nations, and in Your hand is there not power and might, so that no one is able to withstand you? 2 Chronicles 20:6.

That is because it was Jehoshaphat's prayer and it was centered. He didn't indulge in negativism by dwelling on the details of the difficulty. God wants you to be specific about a problem, but His desire is to move your focus onto His power. Name your concern, and begin with praise for His action and blessing in the past; then express the truth of His omnipotence. Trusting Him to provide the resources for every demand makes YOU a God-centered person. (Dr. Charles Stanley)

Not renewing your mind often in this trial, leaves your mind, the battlefield open to calamity.

Dear Father,

I lift up ManiaStar to you to reach for the Word when the anxiety and nervousness come on. Let this child know you are there, not in the storm, nor in the Wind, but in the still, quiet voice. A voice that calms the seas and brings peace. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.
