Please pray for me.

I have an addiction issue that I've been battling for a long time, and I feel like I'm getting better, but sometimes I backslide. A lot of this is my own fault, and due to my sinful nature. I'm really in a bad spot right now and would like to be uplifted in prayer so that God can win this battle for me. Thank you all, and God bless!

I pray that you overcome the addiction you are going through. Continue to lean on the Lord & he will pull you through it. As the scriptures says he will never leave you nor forsake you as well as 1 Corinthians 10:13 - No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.

My heart goes out to you. Addiction is very strong. And we can get all sorts of illnesses that follow addition. You may need to ask a doctor for help or get support to help you. You just have to realise your body can get tired, look after yourself and I hope you seek help. Keep positive.

Praying for u

Thanks guys. I have moments where I fall, but I always get back up. Seeing these messages really help uplift my spirit. I'm trying but I'm also weak at times. Old habits are hard to break, and all of this is my own fault.

Dear Lord please help hitherehowareyou overcome this addiction and replace it with healthy and positive ones. Lord bless him with the spirit of self control and discipline. Give him the strength to rise above these addictions. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.

Hitherehowareyou- I think all of our addictions are self-inflicted. If you know my story, my Christian wife is a long-time alcoholic, so I can appreciate the fact that you want to get over your addiction, whatever it is, and that you are depending upon the Lord to get you through this- this is where my wife has failed, as she is trying to do it in her own strength.
