Give thanks to God

So my Christcare group challenge this week is to write down 15 blessings each day (5 morning, noon and evening) and spend 15 minutes looking over it each day.

I don't really like writing things down but I come on here a lot. Maybe you can help me by praising God for all the many things He has blessed us with.

I find it motivating when I have others to keep me company when doing these kind of things.

For me it's a blessing each time I read something in the bible and reach a new understanding. Especially when I had read it before but not understood it.

Father God, please bless this matter, in Jesus name, Amen!

Thank you God for getting me out of the house to do a few errands. I don't know why I am hiding from the world.

Thank you God for friends and family that remind me of Your love and help battle the lies that float through my mind. Lord help those who feel alone and unworthy to know Your love for them.

Thank you Lord for Your gift of faith in the many promises found in your Bible.

Thank you for loving me even when I find it hard to love myself. Help me to show that kind of agape love to others and accept Your love for me.

Thank you Lord for keeping those people in the fire stricken area safe. Thank you for giving us firefighters. Guard their hearts and minds Lord and help them know we appreciate them.

Thank Jesus for His life
His Blood
Him being God who died for our sins on Calvalry
For HIS PRECIOUS HOLY SPIRIT who removes things that are not good for us. Protects us, guides us,loves us
We love you Jesus we cannot live without you. You are the the air we breathe, the life we live, the eyes we see. We need you and cannot live without you. Thank you Jesus for eveeythingggggg. Cant wait to go home and be with youu for eternity. ♡♡♡ thank you for my family, friends who have for me, a churcg you have for us, a place to live, a job thank you for providing and loving us. Theres no place i rather beee but in you Jesus.

for His precious Love and forgiveness for His 'chosen-ones'...and
for His Holy Mercy towards us all'...

else, 'all' would be lost...

I am thankful for my daughter and her sweetness. She bought me a chocolate bar and gives me lots of hugs and kisses. Hope she always loves to cuddle even when she gets older and pray that God protects her from people who would take advantage of her sweet and living nature.

I thank God that she feels comfortable and confident and loving enough at our church to station herself and give everyone hugs as they exit the building on Wednesday.

Thank God for giving us purpose and allowing us to help others.

My daughter thanks God for having this day, Tia, our family.....the world we live in, that it's here for us to live in...thank God for forgiving us our sins.

I thank God for fellowship and being fed by the church a delicious breakfast and lunch.

I thank God for ferry rides and climbing trees, laughing and making memories with loved ones.

Thank God for my church family, my in laws, my immediate family and all the deep friendships God has blessed me with online and face to face.

Thank God my son was baptized and officiall joined the church today and that my in laws could make the trip to share this special time with us.

Thank God for the weather, good food and fellowship.

Thank God for answered prayers and open hearts able to ask for forgiveness.

Thank God for godly discussion and folks who listen more than they speak. Thank God for friends who abide in God's grace and love and can point out the silver lining in any rain cloud.

Thank you Lord for all the things You do to keep me and my loved ones safe that I don't even know about until danger has already passed.

Thank God for heartfelt prayers.


Ephesians 3 v 14-20

For this reason I kneel before the Father, from whom every family in heaven and on earth derives its name. I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through His Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith.

And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge---

That you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God. Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us...

Thank God for His Holy Spirit that teaches us discernment and grants us wisdom from above to know what is good and what is evil.

May we dwell upon the goodness of God.

Thank you God for fellowship.
