i have severe back pains in my lower back and it hurts a lot in the whole lower back area. It feels like a back plate that is just hurting. May God heal me completely forgive me if i have done anything wrong that may have caused it i just hope it goes away really soon.

Speaking as a person with a chronic bad back and who is in pain daily, I can assure you that it's not just some random pain. If it's that severe, you either have a herniated disk, a ruptured or bulging disk touching the sciatic nerve, or the disks may be crunching down on each other, as is the case with me. Try putting heat on it, and take ibuprofen. If it gets worse, see your doctor and have them take xrays. I sympathize with you, sweetie. And please read my pain testimony, written over the last two years during my bout with sciatica and a herniated disk. :)

You don't have a "back plate". What they are, are disks that move in and out of place, and are touching the sciatic nerve. Do you feel any twinges going through your butt down into your leg? If so, that's sciatica, and WILL get worse if not treated. I can attest to that, I was stuck in bed with it for 6 months, had to do PT 3 times, and I'm STILL dealing with the after-effects today, over 2 years later. :( I wouldn't wish the pain of sciatica on anyone. I can't even describe it, except to say it is pure hellish agony..

Yup, you've got sciatica. :( My advice is to put as little pressure on your back as you can. Don't sit for long periods of time, and same with standing.. If you can sleep on your side, lay on the side opposite from where the sciatica is. And use a pillow between your knees at night.
