Lately I've decided to stop worrying and stressing so much about things I can't change and let God do his will in this matter. Although it's hard not too care, I still pray file the situation but try to focus on myself and children. Now however I been feeling not so good, I feel really drained, upper and center abdomen dull aches, nauseous and waking up feeling hot and heart racing. I am scared and don't want anything to happen to my health . It's like I stop worrying about one thing amd now there's this. I will go to doctors to see what's going on, please pray for me.

Worrying does not help at all, even if you are sick!

Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes? 26 Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?27 Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life?" Matt. 6:25-27

Even if you are sick, your life is not over, and there is much you can do for yourself. I've been chronically ill since 1990 with mulitple serious, painful, and life-threatening illnesses. God has been amazing in changing me, using me, and drawing me closer to him, because of the illnesses.

I will pray for your body, but I will also pray that you will lose the anxiety, which may be part of the underlying cause for your physical symptoms.

Always remember, God is in control!

I’m so sorry to hear what you’re going through, friend. I just said a prayer for you, asking the Lord to surround you with His healing presence and to comfort you with His strength and peace. Please don’t get stressed out. Worries will never do anything good. Just relax and know that HE is in control of your life. Write back and let me know how you’re doing. May God be the strength of your heart and your refuge. Hugs!

I can almost guarantee that's your body reacting to your situation, because you've chosen to ignore the situation. And, yes, it really is a physical reaction, so what you're feeling physically is just as real as what you are denying in your mind. Long-term stress can kill you physically. It may take a long time, but the toll on your body mounts up. And the body doesn't recover but so much once your real stress is relieved.

You've had the time to find out what God wants you to do about your marriage. What is his answer for you? (Not your answer for you. His answer.)
