So guys I really need some prayer power here, It has always been my belief that a single heartfelt prayer can shake the universe itself but how much more so can the the heartfelt prayers of many do?Mathew 18-20 Again, I tell you truly that if two of you on the earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by My Father in heaven. 20For where two or three gather together in My name, there am I with them.”
Stephanie and her dad are at an assessment to see about her dad getting disability as he is in no condition to be working due to his cancer but it is not a for sure thing and it would be absolutely horrible if he was declined and had to work in his condition so please help pray that he gets the disability and that God would give him and his family hope and strength in these trying times

Reality of getting Disability the first time. 30%.

Reality of getting Disability on appeal with a lawyer to help. 70%.

Reality of getting Disability the first time with Stage III or Stage IV cancer -- 90%.

I'm not saying he will get it, but it is the second highest level of likelihood for SSDI. (HIV or AIDS is the only one higher.)

If this is his first visit to the SS office, he will not come home knowing if he has been approved. They still have to investigate his claim, but it shouldn't take that long to get an answer for this disability. (Months vs. years.)

And, if they make him go to their doctor? I don't care what the doctor says about having a family member with him. Make sure there is a family member with him. (The doctor John had to go to out-and-out lied, but there was no one there to witness it.)

I've been through this. John's been through this. If you or Steph have any questions, feel free to PM me. Length of time does vary depending on state, but how it works does not. And if he does need an appeal, make sure he gets a lawyer immediately. They only get money if they win, and the money is taken from back pay so it doesn't hurt.

Believing with you. Don't give up. Each Dr. does his own thing. There are Drs. who are sympathetic, and compassionate as Jesus was. some are just overworked and don't make good decisions. Lord God, you see that this would cause stress to his health, and he needs as much rest as he could get, so his immune system won't stress out, and he will get better. We ask for your word to be sent to these Drs. to submit the correct paper work in Jesus name. amen

Thanks for sharing, Blain. Please know that I’ll be praying for Stephanie and her dad, asking the Lord to intervene in their situation and take care of everything that concerns them. Be assured that He cares more than we can imagine and is able to work out everything good for them. God’s blessings to you & yours!

He's at stage IV and still hasn't gotten it. I'll ask dad if he can appeal that.
