I've recently had the L4 and L5 herniate. I'll be going to PT soon to hopefully avoid surgery. I'm so sorry that you're still having pain even after the surgery.
That is my struggle, I tend to do too much and re-injure or re-herniate the disks which cause sciatica. Do you're bones make a crunching noise every time you walk? The noise drives me crazy.
Sorry, enough about me.
Dear Lord, I ask that you will heal the pain that Seeking is experiencing right now because she extended herself too much today. Please help her to balance her day so that she doesn't do too much all at one time, but help her to spread out her errands throughout the day.
Lord, you are the Great Physician and we trust you to keep our bodies in good working order. Please heal Seeking completely of any future pain and agony. Please bless her with the knowledge of Your abundant love and your comfort to overflowing.
Please encourage her and lift up her spirit. I praise you and thank you Lord, This is the day you've made and we rejoice in it Lord even when we suffer. We know that you have us in the palm of your hand and that You are our strong tower and we can run to You and find safety. In Jesus' name, Amen!
