Since my Grandma's stroke it seems like my whole world has been turned upside down.It seems the stroke has taken a huge toll on her, though I'm blessed to say she has movement in her fingers. She told my mom she's been walking all day (she's bedridden ) and she made it clear she wants to come home. It's painful for me to see her this way.I want her to come home more than anything .I plead to the LORD that she would get healthy enough to come home.
I'm also having to deal now with the possibility of the state taking my Grandma's house as she is on Medicaid and if (God Forbid!)she has to stay in that rehab longer than her insurance covers they might take the house as payment. My mom wants to sell the house so that we get something for it and that way we could buy a new house and not have to worry about anyone taking it.I don't know what to do anymore .I'm at my wits end and I beg the LORD for peace in the midst of this storm, and for healing for my Grandma and healing for my heart and mind because this has been traumatic and extremely painful .Please LORD Jesus help me .In Jesus Name Amen

Hi Mario,

Dear Lord, I pray for Mario's grandma. I thank you that she is so loved by her family. Please bring Mario and his family comfort as they grieve over his grandma's illness.

We pray Lord that you would heal her and allow her to go back home. Please help her regain the use of all that's not working properly. And Lord please grant them wisdom as they try to figure out what to do with the house.

Mario, I don't know the laws, but it might be illegal for you to sell the house. Make sure you read up on that before you do something you'll regret later. Sometimes Medicare has the house as collateral and if that's the case, they might have a lien on the property.

Bless you all Mario. So sorry for your grief.

I'll pray for you, your grandma and the rest of your family before I sleep...I remember that song "God will make a way" yes HE will...continue to put all your trust to God...no matter how difficult the situation it is right now. Rest in God's love.

God bless you bro Mario.

This beautiful song is for you:

My peace I give unto you,
It's a peace that the world cannot give,
It's a peace that the world cannot understand,
Peace to know, peace to live,
My peace I give unto you.

My joy I give unto you,
It's a joy that the world cannot give,
It's a joy that the world cannot understand,
Joy to know, joy to live,

My joy I give unto you.
My love I give unto you,
It's a love that the world cannot give,
It's a love that the world cannot understand,
Love to know, love to live,
My love I give unto you.

what ever the cost may seem to be in this un-holy world, bring 'grandma' Home,
allow her to keep her Faith and Dignity with those whom she has always loved
and relied upon...don't ever give up and forsake her precious heart that you love...
nothing, absolutely nothing can ever replace the love and care that one's family
can give to their beloved elder...even if it means giving-up your own lives for the
season that she has left. give her what our Heavenly says is the greatest thing above all,
give her your LOVE/'charity' through sacrifice and Godly Love, after all, you all are only here
because of her...

I absolutely want her to come home and am willing to take care of her.She raised me and now it's my turn to take care of her if God's willing and she is healthy enough.

I’m so sorry to hear about your situation, friend. I know how difficult it must be for you and your family to see your grandma go through this. Please know that I’ll continue to pray for her, asking the Lord to surround her with His healing presence and strengthen her. Be assured of my prayers for you and your mom, as well. We serve a compassionate, loving God who knows and cares about every detail of our lives. May He bless and guide you as you lean upon Him in the days ahead.
