I’m so sorry you’re hurting, friend. Please know that I’ll be praying for you, asking the Lord to surround you with His healing presence in a special and powerful way, filling you with His love, peace, and strength in the days ahead. Remember that “the Lord is close to the broken-hearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit” (Psalm 34:18). He will never fail you or forsake you. Hugs!
We walk this world of broken dreams in grief and suffering and look to You Lord, for You are our only hope, You are the goodness we long for, all else is empty shadows, fleeting, and ultimately inadequate compared to You. We ask that you give Debbie strength to move through her days, give her courage to rise to the challenge of providing for her needs and the needs of her son. Please draw near to Debbie now as she suffers daily in her distress and devastation. You promised to draw near to the broken hearted, Lord, draw near now to Debbie, comfort her with Your presence Lord, touch her heart and reassure her that You are close and will never leave her or forsake her, that all things work for the good, that no matter what, she will get through this, things will change and she will feel better and life will have meaning and purpose and joy, Lord, let joy flood into Debbie's heart to replace any sense of emptimess, let love uplift her and rejuvenate her, may she dwell in the presence of Your love and be inspired and restored, give her peace, and guide her always to Your grace. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.
