There is a single Christian man I am really attracted to. The thing is we are not even friends right now but that's my fault I've done nothing to encourage friendship or anything else. I'm just worried that I will say or do something really stupid. Please pray that we will become friends and if GOD wills it then something more then that. Please also pray that if it's not in GOD's will that we will stay friends but GOD will take my attraction for him away.

Hi Jenny yes i will pray for this situation.It is always a bit tricky when you like someone that you don't actually know,as the great question is "HOW CAN I GET TO KNOW THIS PERSON!".yes commit this all to god and then see if the following can help you.
(Once you calm your nerves!).
1)Does he go to your church?Is he involved in any particular ministry/ group that you could join as a way go get to know him
2)Do you notice where he sits (if he goes to the same church as you)..?why not sit there and just kinda introduce yourself to him in a very casual way.,,as some churches encourage people to be friendly towards others.
3) do you know anyone who actually knows him that you can ask them if there is a particular event on to make sutras they invite him and this way you get a chance to meet him
Bear in mind that liking someone from a distance can often change when you actually get to know them..ie they might actually put you off by their attitudes of just generally how they are...yet it can increase your attraction to them even more.
liking someone can occasionally bring out the worst in us due to shyness,nervousness,over excitement ect..so with prayer ask god to just help you relax and breath calmly.Remember he has no idea that you like him so this will be to your advantage.Also be careful who you tell that you like him..you wouldn't want to end up telling someone who ends up embarrassing you or just making things a lot worse

Pray that God will make you friends? Or stop sitting around waiting for God to do things for you, since that's not what He wants, and just say hi.
And if you actually do something stupid and it turns him off then you know it wouldn't work out to begin with.
