Please pray that we can find a stroke rehabilitation facility for my Grandma because she needs physical therapy .This situation is a mess. She was in a convalescent. Her insurance only covered the first three weeks, after that we would have to pay out of pocket which we cant afford. Then they suggested medi-cal but told us we would lose her house once it kicked in.so we didn't know what to do.then they put her on hospice care (she's not terminal thank God and was not given a timetable) and sent her home .We were told to keep her comfortable that there was nothing they could do.Meanwhile she's been improving and actually has movement in her arm and leg.Her nurses who come to see her even see that she's improving. We've been considering one place but the fact that they've given us the runaround tells me that isn't where we should send her. Please pray that the LORD would show us the place where she should go and if it be His will that it would be outpatient .Also pray for me that the LORD would give me the faith and the strength to deal with all this plus the responsibilities I have taking care of my family. His will be done.In Jesus Name

Hello Mario! Let me pray with you:

"Lord,. People often say that motivation doesn’t last. Well, neither does bathing – that’s why it's recommended daily.

Staying motivated in faith daily can transform our recovery process by banishing negative thinking, while our prayer's also empower Your Kingdom's resources to love on Mario's Grandmother whom has suffered and needs Our help financially and in way helping save her in meeting her needs in therapy. When we remind ourself everyday that there is life after stroke, You help us approach each day with fresh enthusiasm, and as You are life we know You would have her healed inasmuch as it is in Your will to do so completely. We ask You for healing and provisions in the area of financial support and care. Open the doors Lord, for her care-plan to come to fruition. Encourage Mario Father, to Start thinking wellness, not illness, and to act with confidence knowing You will establish his steps in this.

When things go wrong, we often become focused – a little too focused – on the thing that went wrong, and on the things ahead that can still go wrong. But instead of focusing on the bad, Father, help Mario and family focus on Your goodness and grace! As You open the doors Lord, help Mario to intentionally set goals and visualize where You want them to be instead of where doubt would carry them.. Help them all to be sober mindfully wellness-minded instead of illness-minded, as he exercises his faith, create space for that wellness to manifest in Your life lived out in him and thru all those around his Grandma and in her as well.. Your greatest glory in us is not in never falling, but in getting up every time we fall and being dependent on You. Meet all the prayer requests mentioned in Mario's post and we pray Your glory to be seen.

Where would we be if we let life’s obstacles beat us down and keep us down? Let Mario's and his Grandmother's faith in You remain stubborn in knowing You love them and are able to do as we ask in His name.. You can do it! And we ask You for help. Help their family, to do what they have to do, until You have done what You wanted them to do, so that they can do as they wish to do in Your name. These are trying times Lord, and we recognize this, and as we pray encourage Mario. Grace him up! and instill whatever discipline necessary to do Your will. Discipline involves doing what you have to do even though you don’t want to do it – and all stroke survivors are discipline warriors! I pray they make a mental list of all the things You want them to be able to do, even writing it down! And next to that list, write down all the actions You’re going to help them take to get to that place. Encourage Mario every morning in these things as well as encourage his Grandmother. We ask you all these things in Your precious name - Amen!"

Thanks for giving us an update about your grandma, Mario. Please be assured that I’ll continue to pray for her. I know how difficult it must be for you and your family to go through this difficult situation. We can be confident that He is faithful and that He’ll take care of His children. He’ll never leave us or forsake us. May He be your ever-present help and may your confidence in His grace and goodness increase as you look to Him in faith. I hope everything goes well with you. Sending hugs & prayers your way!
