Hello everyone, I would normally pray alone but I feel like God isn't listening now, I'm completely hurt and need a lot of help. I used to have depression (I'm trying to get better now) and when things went bad, really bad, I knew that I could count on my friend, but there was this time when I got really bad and he didn't care, he got a girlfriend and abandoned me when I needed him the most.
I forgave him (although he never said sorry) and we started talking again, he's not the same person anymore, I feel like he's lost, he's not the same supportive friend he used to be, he insults me and tears me down everytime I say I'm getting better and ignores me when I ask what I'm doing wrong. I want to help him, but he says he's happy.
He makes me feel like I'm worth nothing and should finally kill myself, I don't know what to do and I'm struggling to forgive him, I've never been a "likeable" person but I knew I could count on him, and now he doesn't care.
Please pray for our friendship to heal (of that's even possible) and for him to return to God's path, I also need God's help to forgive him.

I’m so sorry to hear about your situation, girl. Wish I could give you a hug. I know how difficult and frustrating it must be for you. I just said a prayer for you, asking the Lord to surround you with His comfort, mend your brokenness, and bring healing to your friendship. Are you getting help for your depression? Please know that you’re precious, and you don’t have to carry your burdens alone. We all care about you and are here to support you. Stay strong. Sending hugs & prayers your way!

Since you admit you suffer from depression and brought up the idea of killing yourself, I really think you should seek professional help from a Christian counselor. Whatever happens, please do not kill yourself. Everyone is likable to the right people. It can be hard for some people to find friends, but there are great friends out there for everyone. I pray your soul spends some time in fellowship with your best friend—Jesus Christ, and that he would show you healing, hope, joy, love, value, and acceptance. I pray He also surrounds you with lots of good other friends.
